Strength and conditioning sessions are designed to help you get stronger, fitter, and more confident with your body. These sessions are ideal for those who have recently come back from an injury, and want to work with someone who understands their body.

We have 3 different types of semi private classes. These classes are an economical way to do your rehab or training.

Specialist Sports Services

You should not have to be an elite athlete to get elite level services. Our Normatec Recovery Sessions, and Pitch Ready testing would normally only be available to the best of the best

Telehealth

Telehealth has become a popular option for many people, who do not feel safe having a face to face session due to the COVID- 19 pandemic, or those who are wanting a 2nd opinion on their injury.

Fixed  Fee Package Pricing

Our Fixed Fee packages offer the gold standard in rehab for short, medium, and long term injuries. These packages incorporate all of our services, including physiotherapy, strength and conditioning, running rehab, normatec, and Pitch Ready.

Brace and Boot Fitting

Orthopaedic braces and support are available. Most times you will need a doctor's referral so that we know which type of brace or support to provide you. Some instances, we may need to order a specific size or type of brace for you.
