Commonly asked questions about our Fixed Fee Packages and Bulk Session Pack's. For other FAQ's about SportsFit, click here

All clients who sign up for the Fixed Fee Packages will sign with us a Program Agreement. This agreement outlines all our responsibilities and yours

How do I claim from my private healthfund

After every session, we will email you a receipt, at an equivalent cost per a session. You can then claim directly from the healthfund

What happens if I get better before the package ends? 

We define 'better' as being back doing everything you were doing before you got injured, for at least 2 weeks. If you get better before the package ends, you will be entitled a refund as per the refund policy

What happens if I am not 100% by the time the package ends?

We define '100%' as being back doing everything you were doing before you got injured, for at least 2 weeks.If you are not better before the package ends, you will be able to access all services for 10% off the advertised price, until you have reached our definition of '100%'

What happens if I can't attend?

If you have given us 24 hours notice, we will adjust the period of the package lasts. If you forget (DNA), you will get one warning, and the next DNA will be deducted from the package as if you have attended)

Can I upgrade my package? 

yes, you can upgrade your pack at any time simply by paying the difference

How much do the Packages cost?

Our goal is to save you money in the long term with these packages. Our program's cost varies between $600 for the 6-week program, to $4900 for the most expensive 12-month program. We guarantee, that this is the lowest cost fixed fee package programs in Sydney. 

NOTE: Packages incorporate our Semi Private Services, but we also offer separate bulk packs for Semi Private Services separately from packages (Strength, Rehab, Return to Running Rehab Classes, and Normatec)

Refund Policy

Under our Package Refund Policy, you can take out one of four options. You can enact your option at any time, with no questions asked

Option 1. 

Transfer of remaining funds for other services in the future (there will be no expiry date)

Option 2

Refund for either the remaining funds, or 25% of the total package cost, which ever is less

Option 3

Transfer the remaining funds to a family member for credit

Option 4

Any combination of the above
