What types of health insurance do you accept?

We accept all types of health funds. To claim the healthfund, please bring in your healthfund card so we can do an on the spot claim, leaving you to just pay the gap. 
Make sure that your healthfund is covered for our services by contacting the insurer before hand

Do you accept Medicare, WorkCover, and/or CTP claims?

Yes we do. Medicare/EPC patients do need to pay a small gap. 
For WorkCover and CTP, please make sure you bring your claim number, the insurer, and a contact email or phone number for the claim.

Why do you charge a gap for Medicare patients?

Unfortunately, the Medicare rebate provided is not high enough for us to run our clinic sustainably. Effectively, the rate has only increased by a few dollars over the last 15 years. 
To keep our quality of care high, and be able to keep operating we do need to charge a gap.

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

No you do not need a doctor's referral, unless you are getting treatment under WorkCover, CTP, or want to go under the Medicare program for physiotherapy

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

Late cancellations hurt us as a business and deprives our other clients the change to make an appointment. We ask that you give us at least 12 hours notice prior to cancelling. 
Repeated late cancellation will be charged a $20 cancellation fee

What Should I Wear? 

Ideally loose fitting clothes, or gym attire will help the session more smoothly. However, we do have singlets and shorts of various sizes available in the facility
