High Performance Physiotherapist
Seth completed his Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in Canberra and has since worked extensively with high-performance athletes and elite international and national level sporting programs. His career includes working with renowned teams such as the NBA Academy, Brumbies ACT Rugby and Manly United Football Club, where he played a key role in injury management, athletic recovery and S&C programming.
Currently, Seth is part of the team at Sydney Grammar School, where he helps develop the Volleyball program as both a Volleyball and Strength and Conditioning coach, helping young athletes reach their full potential through tailored injury prevention and performance strategies.
In addition to his professional expertise, Seth brings a unique perspective as a current member of the Australian National Volleyball Team, the Volleyroos. His ongoing commitment to elite-level sport gives him first-hand insight into the physical demands of high-level competition, enhancing his ability to connect with and care for athletes of all levels.
In his spare time, Seth enjoys playing tennis, bouldering, and stopping to pet every dog he sees.
