ATHLETIC YOUTH DEVELOPMENT
ONLY AT FIVE DOCK
The Youth Athletic Development Program is a structured performance pathway for competitive juniors across cricket, soccer, rugby league, rugby union, netball, combat sports, and endurance disciplines. The first of its kind in the Inner West, the program combines sport-specific strength and conditioning, small group supervised gym sessions, and individualised gym programs to fast-track on-field performance and reduce injury risk.
Inside the program:
1:1 Strength and Conditioning sessions — 45 minutes of individualised coaching focused on strength, power, movement quality, and return-to-performance landmarks.
Daily group sessions — Monday to Friday gym sessions that build athletic foundations, technique, and team-ready conditioning.
Saturday field sessions — sport-specific application: running mechanics, change-of-direction, contact preparation and skill integration
Open gym access — supervised access for athletes to reinforce programmed sessions and extra practice time.
Progress testing every 8 weeks — standardised strength and power tests to measure progress, set targets and personalise programming
We also offer a one-week $35 trial for new athletes!
