Kevin Wong
Physiotherapist & Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Kevin is a dual-qualified Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist who takes a balanced approach to rehab, blending hands-on treatment with exercise medicine to help his patients recover and perform at their best. Whether you're an athlete, gym-goer, weekend warrior, or dealing with everyday aches and pains, Kevin focuses on keeping you active while recovering, rather than resorting to complete rest.
With experience in private practice in Castle Hill and Parramatta, as well as aged care and sports coverage for Western Sydney Two Blues Rugby, Kevin has worked with patients from all backgrounds—ranging from centenarians to elite athletes.
Having competed in powerlifting, Kevin understands gym-related injuries and how they can impact performance. His expertise in exercise programming, injury prevention, and movement assessment ensures that you can continue training safely while recovering, minimising setbacks and keeping you on track toward your goals.
Kevin has a deep passion for sports, having grown up playing basketball before taking on bouldering, surfing, snowboarding, and boxing. His current focus is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, where he competes regularly throughout the year. His firsthand experience in combat sports gives him unique insight into grappling-specific injuries and performance optimisation, allowing him to tailor rehab programs for athletes in physically demanding sports.
