Holly Fredericks
High Performance Physiotherapist
Holly graduated from Macquarie University with her Doctor of Physiotherapy, having also completed her Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at the University of Newcastle. She is a registered physiotherapist with clinical experience across musculoskeletal, sports, neurological and occupational health settings, gained in both private practice and hospital environments.
Holly's interest in physiotherapy began after her own ACL and MCL injury at 17 years old playing netball and going through her own conservative physiotherapy rehab. That experience shaped her passion for musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, and she has since gained hands-on experience managing sporting injuries with netball athletes. Running has also become a big part of her own life, both as a form of training and a way to manage stress, and she has a particular interest in working with runners to keep them moving well, whether that be for week-to-week training or racing events.
Holly's approach is patient-centred with an emphasis on helping people continue to do the sports/activities they love, whatever that may look like for them.
