Dave Lambropoulos
Sports Chiropractor
David is a Sports Chiropractor and the Head of Athlete Performance at SportsFit Health and Rehab, with extensive experience working with athletes across a wide range of sports including football, netball, triathlon, long-distance running, and rugby.
He holds a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University, alongside a Master of Exercise Science (Strength and Conditioning). David is also an ASCA Level 2 Strength and Conditioning Coach, bringing a high level of expertise in both rehabilitation and performance development.
David currently works as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at St Andrew’s Cathedral School and is the Head of Strength and Conditioning at Inner West Magpies AFL, where he oversees athlete development, injury prevention, and return-to-play programming. His combined clinical and coaching background allows him to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance, ensuring athletes not only recover from injury but return stronger and more resilient.
He has a particular interest in working with endurance athletes, including runners and triathletes, and specialises in managing chronic injuries involving the spine, hips, and shoulders, as well as common running-related injuries. David integrates hands-on treatment with strength and conditioning principles to deliver targeted, individualised care.
In addition to his clinical work, David is a triathlon coach, working with athletes ranging from 5km runners through to full Ironman competitors. He is passionate about helping athletes optimise performance through structured training, load management, and evidence-based programming.
