Josh Derlacki
High Performance Physiotherapist
Joshua Derlacki is a dedicated physiotherapist with a passion for helping people stay active, recover from injuries, and perform at their best. With a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Canberra and a strong background in sports rehabilitation, Joshua works closely with patients to create individualized treatment plans that focus on movement, strength, and long-term recovery.
Having played junior NPL football and trained extensively in boxing and MMA, Joshua understands firsthand the physical demands of sport and the frustration that comes with injury. His experience in freestyle wrestling, striking, boxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) has shaped his approach to injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement.
Joshua has spent three seasons as a sports trainer, working with athletes at Sydney Swans Junior Academy, Eastlake AFL, and the Australian Handball National Finals. His time in The Netherlands interning with a semi-professional football club gave him valuable insight into international rehab and performance strategies.
Joshua takes a hands-on, evidence-based approach to physiotherapy, combining manual therapy, exercise prescription, and movement retraining to help patients recover and perform at their best. Whether treating everyday aches and pains, sports injuries, or post-operative rehab, he is committed to helping his patients move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love.
